About Imagine Dragons

Amid the late 00s, American pop-rock band Imagine Dragons emerged with their emotionally charged series of independent EPs. Signed to Alex Da Kid’s label KIDinaKORNER/Interscope, the creative collective delighted fans with their breakthrough single ‘It’s Time’ (featured on the 2012 EP ‘Continued Success’) and the diamond-selling smash hit ‘Radioactive’ that won Best Rock Performance at the 2014 Grammy Awards.

Their 2012 debut album ‘Night Visions’ (featuring the track ‘Demons’), was proceeded by a chain of praise, cited as “the year’s biggest breakout band” by MTV and “Breakthrough Band of 2013” / “Biggest Band of 2017” by Billboard magazine. The band also topped the Billboard Year-End Top Artists – Duo/Group category in 2018.

Imagine Dragons went on to see ‘Smoke + Mirrors’ debut at number one on the Billboard Top 200 album chart upon its release in early 2015, as well as reach number one in Canada and the UK. Their third studio album ‘Evolve’ followed in 2017, spawning smash-hits ‘Believer’, ‘Thunder’, and ‘Whatever It Takes’.

To mark their achievements, the Las Vegas collective have won three American Music Awards, nine Billboard Music Awards (including Top Artist of the Year and a Milestone Award), a Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance, an MTV Video Music Award and a World Music Award.

Imagine Dragons have taken the world by storm over the last decade, selling more than 74 million albums and 65 million digital songs worldwide – earning them the title of one of the world’s best-selling artists. They’ve also reached a whopping 160 billion streams, the first rock act to have four songs, ‘Radio Active’, ‘Demons’, ‘Believer’, and ‘Thunder’ to surpass one billion streams each on Spotify.

In 2024, the collective released their sixth studio album, ‘Loom,’ alongside their Loom World Tour, which had 30 dates across the United States.
