The Wiltern
The Wiltern is a historic Art Deco theatre located at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Western Avenue in Los Angeles.
Opened in 1931 as the Warner Brothers Western Theatre, it occupies the ground floor of the landmark Pellissier Building. Originally designed for film and vaudeville performances, the venue faced closure and demolition in the early 1980s before being saved by a major preservation effort.
