How do I update the On Air app?

Open the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or Amazon Appstore
Launch the appropriate app store on your device.

Tap profile
Access your profile section in the app store.

Locate On Air
Find the On Air app in your installed apps list.

Click update
Tap the update button to install the latest version.
How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the Login screen
Look for the forgot password link on the app's login screen.

Enter your email address
Type in the email address associated with your On Air account.

Follow the email instructions
Check your email and follow the password reset instructions.
How can I request a refund?
Shows purchased via the apps will be handled by the Apple App store, Google Play Store or the Amazon Appstore (depending on your iOS).
