Today, legendary British band UB40 Featuring Ali Campbell announced a special, live show presented in partnership with On Air.  Tickets are available via https://onair.events/ub40-featuring-ali-campbell-in-memory-of-astro/

The show ‘In memory of Astro’ was performed in memory of UB40 frontman Ali Campbell’s dearly departed friend and bandmate of over four decades, Astro, who died in November 2021 after a short illness.  

The career-spanning 20 song set, including UB40 fan favourites 'Kingston Town', 'The Way You Do The Things You Do', 'Here I Am (Come Take Me)', and 'Red Red Wine', plus a very special segment dedicated to Astro, was recorded live in front of 7500 people at the Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam on March 8th 2022.  It will be available to watch all over the world from 8pm GMT on Friday 27th May 2022 in Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. Following that time, the show will be available to watch On Demand via the On Air website.   

Talking about the show, Ali explained ‘I’m really excited that all our fans get to see the brilliant show we did at the Ziggodome in Amsterdam in March. It’s wonderful that fans all over the world can watch the show from the comfort of their homes!’.
